Instructor Bio: Dave Porter has been involved in the real estate and mortgage lending for more than 35 years. He has been a marketing and finance expert, trainer and business coach for more than 25 years. In addition to his BA in Education, he holds several key designation, some of which include; LEED GA, NAHB CGP, NAHB CAPS, NAR GREEN, Six Sigma GreenBelt and CEDI. He is a nationally recognized speaker, trainer and writer. He has presented and taught for several organizations including the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA). He conducts sales training & coaching and speaks and instructs on Green Building and Universal Design. Dave is approved to teach several NAR and NAHB continuing education and designation classes.
Course Description: A must for agents focused on new home sales. Learn to study & create area and builder overview, construction elements, design trends, negotiation & closing techniques, and customer service approaches.
